Sharow Capital offers deep specialist expertise and extensive industry experience across all real estate disciplines, although largely focused on the office sector. Having worked for some of the industry’s leading property companies, the Principals have developed a philosophy and operating model with one clear aim; to make money for our investment partners.
The Principals have an exceptional track record in a market increasingly dependent on skilled expertise and where local relationship networks and successful long-term partnerships are vital. With complementary skill sets, the Principals have overseen and leased over 280,000 sqm of office developments in CEE and have acquired and sold over €2.5 bn of CEE assets.

Angus Wade
Investment & Finance
Angus Wade is a leading investment advisor in CEE and has acquired and sold over €2.5 bn of assets in the region. He has advised some of the largest funds and building owners in CEE and more recently acquired €100m of assets in Poland on behalf of an investment fund. Angus is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
Guy Speir
Leasing and Operations
Guy has overseen and leased over 280,000 sqm of office developments in CEE. In the last four years he has mainly focused on repositioning existing office assets in CEE and has overseen over 160,000 sqm in Poland, Hungary, Czech and Slovakia. Guy is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
Michal Pronski
Senior Manager Poland
Michal is based in Warsaw and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the portfolio with special focus on leasing and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Sharow Capital, Michal spent 5 years working for one of the leading international Canadian banks where he co-managed over 2,500,000 sqm of owned and leased properties in North America, Latin America and Asia.
In addition he spent 6 years asset managing an aggregate of 145,000 sqm of office space. Prior to that Michal spent over 8 years on the real estate brokerage side and holds the CCIM designation.
Przemek Urban
Accountancy & Reporting
Przemek is a Senior Analysis and Reporting Manager in our Polish office. An experienced Polish native he supports the partners on new deal origination and also supervising the preparation and implementation of the asset business plans. He also supports in the review of the regular reports which are submitted to the investors and the financing banks.
Przemek holds an MSc in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics and studies towards ACCA membership.
Lucia Simekova
Regional Leasing Manager
Lucia is based in our Bratislava office and helps oversee the day to day operations of Sharow Capital. Primarily she is responsible for the repositioning of Heitman's Slovak office portfolio and the lease up of Uniq Staromestska, Cresco's landmark office development in Bratislava. Lucia has overseen over 85,000 sqm of renewals and new leases since working at Sharow Capital.
Lucia is now completing a Master's degree at Reading University in Real Estate Finance and Investment.
Sarah Standeven
Administration and Client Relations
Sarah joined the team in September 2014 and is responsible for the day to day operations of Sharow Capital.
