LPP moves to OPERA Office in Gdańsk

Warsaw, 14 August 2018 – LPP S.A., one of the fastest growing clothing companies in the CEE region and the owner of brands such as Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay, has leased nearly 2,400 sq m in the state-of-the-art Opera Office in Gdańsk. The project is owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital and is now again fully leased. Advisory firm JLL serves as the sole leasing agent for the building.

“The decision to move part of our operations to Opera Office in Gdańsk stems from our rapid growth. Our current company headquarters in Gdańsk is no longer large enough to accommodate the company’s 1,700 employees. So the decision was taken to relocate a number of employees to Opera Office. This building very much meets our expectations both in terms of location and standards”, explains Jacek Kujawa, Vice President of the Board at LPP SA.

“We are pleased that LPP – a company that the residents of Gdańsk are proud of – has chosen Opera Office for its brand development. LPP completes the portfolio of tenants which includes companies such as KPMG, Raiffeisen Bank Poland, PORR and Metsa. The success of Opera lies in its friendly, warm atmosphere, timeless architecture and pleasant, green surroundings. Its excellent location and ample parking are also of crucial importance”, explains Magdalena Sierant, Consultant from JLL, responsible for the commercialization of the building.

“We welcome LPP to Opera, and congratulate JLL on getting the job done. The success of Opera comes also from the team of people that work hard every day striving to deliver quality services to meet and exceed expectations of even the most demanding clients of ours,” adds Michał Pronski Senior Manager, Poland for Sharow Capital.

Opera Office was delivered in 2012 and provides 8,200 sq m of modern office space across five floors. The building also includes a canteen and an underground parking lot. The project is situated on one of Tri-City’s major arterial routes- Aleja Zwycięstwa. Opera Office is also in close proximity to a Fast Urban Railway station and is well-served by public transport. In addition, the building is in the vicinity of the Gdańsk University of Technology campus, a Multikino complex and a number of restaurants and other amenities.
